CDC | ORANGE TEAM ASSIGNMENT.

ORANGE TEAM ❚❚❚
Six weakest members.
Helena: I wouldn't call her weak - far from it - but she's unstable. She doesn't work well with others. And that... makes her not ideal for this.

Springer, Connie: I'm concerned he would be a liability due to his hotheadedness. A lack of understanding of strategy, in particular, is worrying for the particular tasks of this team.

Baroona: Stubbornness or playfulness with regard to new technology doesn't seem like something that'd be very helpful for us. Especially not after we had to set up the transceivers. Overprotectiveness and extreme loyalty would also be a concern.

Youko: No noteworthy abilities or skill sets that I can gather from her file, aside from shapeshifting.

July: He's a child. Perhaps not mentally, but physically. If he can't defend himself... Logic is useful, but his file states he is not "programmed" to take care of himself.

Farron, Serah: Her naïveté and caring nature. Those aren't... bad things, but in the context of the situation...
RED TEAM ❚❚❚
Two biggest threats.
Phillips, Trevor: He's a criminal. His violent instability and exploitative nature are cause for concern. As well as the drug and alcohol dependency. I've seen it first-hand.

Alpha: I'm concerned about his mental state, even if others don't think the... multiple personalities will inhibit his work. In a high-stress situation like this, I'd anticipate problems.
BLUE TEAM ❚❚❚
Two biggest threats.
Big Boss: Physically, he's very skilled, but I believe he poses the greatest threat in terms of his leadership and ability to influence others.

Sturmhond: Again, in terms of Blue... I don't think it's physical strength or instability that's necessarily a threat. It's intelligence, and strategy, and leadership, and the ability to hide that. It's a double-edged sword.
GREEN TEAM ❚❚❚
Two biggest threats.
Greed: "Serious problem with authority." That's not a unique problem, but combined with his other traits and his physical abilities, it's cause for concern.

Sephiroth: He's... strong. Incredibly so. But he's dangerous. Calm enough, in my experience with him, contrary to what I anticipated from reading his file, but... I wouldn't want to be there when something goes wrong.
